Last.fm as finally put up a change; or should I say CHANGES within its aging and dusty appearance by introducing a fresher look, neat design with an iPhone app. That’s not it, there was a partnership announced with Logitech that would enable Last.fm to stream music that is compatible with a wide variety of features including home stereo systems.

Last.fm The new features (as announced on the blog) let members get instant recommendation by simply naming the artists and groups they prefer instead of the ancient method of having the need to link libraries while the scrobbler went through your collection and analyze what is being heard at present.

The new features also let you import music by syncing your device once you are signed up to last.fm with an automatic update to your profile. A better browsing experience an real time chart updates to keep your music desire burning up all the time.

However there have been some issues regarding the servers going down as you load the site. But surprisingly enough they have done a better job with the iPhone app, it works pretty fine.
