Romero’s 1968 masterpiece "Night of the Living Dead" and Lucio Fulci’s excessively gory "Zombie Flesheaters;" right up to modern blockbusters such as "Shaun of the Dead," "28 Days Later," and "Diary of the Dead." They’ve even influenced video games, such as "Resident Evil."
